Fix email delivery and reduce spam (SPF & DKIM)

If your email lands in spam or won't send:

  • Always use SMTP authentication in your mail app (the same username and password as the mailbox).
  • Make sure your domain has valid SPF and DKIM records — cPanel → Email Deliverability shows their status with a one-click Repair.
  • Use the secure ports — IMAP 993, SMTP 465 (SSL).
