Forwarders (send a copy to another address): cPanel → Forwarders → Add Forwarder, enter the address to forward and the destination.
Autoresponders (automatic replies, e.g. out-of-office): cPanel → Autoresponders → Add Autoresponder, set the interval, subject and message, and an optional start/stop time.
