Create the mailbox
- Open cPanel → Email Accounts.
- Click Create, choose your domain, set the username and a strong password and a quota, then Create.
Read your email
- Webmail: visit
https://yourdomain.com/webmailand log in with the full address and password. - Mail app (Outlook, Apple Mail, phone): in Email Accounts click Connect Devices for exact settings, or use:
- Incoming (IMAP):
mail.yourdomain.com, port 993 (SSL) - Outgoing (SMTP):
mail.yourdomain.com, port 465 (SSL) - Username: your full email address.
- Incoming (IMAP):
If mail won't send, make sure your app uses SMTP authentication with the same username and password.
